Currently pursuing a Ph.D. at the Open University of Catalonia, he is diving deep into the effects of AI and generative language models on society and culture. His expertise is strengthened by a Master’s degree in Behavioral and Organizational Psychology and extends through brand development, market analysis, strategic planning, and product development across diverse sectors. Bob founded Buzzplant, a boutique digital agency, and has led successful campaigns for blockbuster films. As a published author, his works on digital marketing have significantly influenced the industry. He is a prolific contributor to marketing discourse, a celebrated TedX speaker, and has been featured in several prestigious publications. Bob's comprehensive understanding of AI and people makes him an invaluable team member, and we couldn't be happier to have him here.

Don Donahue, Creative Direction

Don Donahue is a seasoned professional with a knack for identifying creative opportunities, and he began his career as a record label president before moving into live and corporate events. His expertise in launching campaigns and linking creative works to a global audience will help him set Writerly and EKOM apart. Collaborating with Don reinforces our commitment to setting creativity at the core of our operations. Residing near Music City, Don juggles being a husband, father of five, and an ardent fan of the Titans and Volunteers. 

Will Heflin, Sales

With a background firmly rooted in logistics sales, Will Heflin exemplifies a competitive spirit developed from his experiences in sports. From playing in the College World Series for the University of Tennessee to closing deals, Will showcases exceptional talent in diverse arenas. Whether watching football, playing pickleball, or spending quality time with his wife, Erika, and golden retriever, Josie, in their hometown of Knoxville, he embraces life with enthusiasm. We are thrilled to welcome Will with his vibrant energy, which promises to amplify our team dynamics to a new level.
